Kayak and canoe tour bookings on your website

TicketingHub helps guided kayak and canoe operators sell scheduled experiences, manage ticket availability and keep reservations together. Guests can choose an available departure and ticket option before paying.

Guided tours and equipment hire are different

A guided trip sold by participant can use a different booking model from hiring a boat for a chosen duration. Your setup needs to reflect whether you sell a place, a whole boat, a private group or an equipment rental.

Returning equipment, overlapping hire periods and allocating specific boats need a separate walkthrough. The guided-tour features described here do not establish a complete rental-fleet or marina-management system.

A booking flow on your existing website

An embedded booking widget gives visitors a way to reserve while reading about the trip. Your description can explain the meeting point, duration, equipment included and participation requirements.

Departure capacity and shared equipment

Configure products, dates, times and ticket availability around your departures. A practical demo includes a group taking the last places and a staff member reviewing remaining availability.

Single and tandem boats, shared guides, transport and overlapping trips can introduce linked resource rules. Your actual timetable and equipment mix provide useful cases to test.

Weather-related changes and arrival details

Booking confirmations and reminders can carry the launch point, arrival time and practical trip information. Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled; available actions depend on your setup.

A useful walkthrough follows a departure that your team reschedules: finding affected bookings, changing reservations and communicating the new arrangements under your policy.

Participant records and waivers

TicketingHub offers a Smartwaiver integration for digital waiver workflows. It is a separate service. A demonstration can follow one organiser booking for a party, each participant’s signing process and how staff find outstanding records.

Direct, in-person and reseller sales

TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools and supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide, alongside its website widget. Devices, payment methods and launch-point connectivity need reviewing against your workflow.
