Multi-day tour departure bookings

Give travellers a clear way to choose a departure and reserve a place on a multi-day trip. TicketingHub supports bookings and payments for bookable tour products on your website.

Departure dates, itinerary and inclusions

Show the start and end dates, trip duration, meeting arrangements and what the price includes. Explain accommodation, transport, meals and optional activities clearly before checkout.

Distinguish a departure reservation from an editable itinerary or a custom trip quotation. If guests need to build their own package, demonstrate that exact workflow before choosing a platform.

Traveller details and group capacity

Define whether travellers book individual places, a private group or another allocation. Test participant quantities, ticket eligibility and amendments using your actual trip structure.

Collect relevant traveller details and confirm how staff review outstanding information. Booking capacity does not automatically allocate rooms, vehicles, guides or third-party services throughout an itinerary.

Deposits and payment schedules

If you take a deposit and collect a balance later, test the complete process: amounts, due dates, reminders, payment methods, reconciliation and cancellations. Confirm whether each step is supported or needs a separate process.

A standard payment checkout does not establish support for every instalment schedule, payment authorisation or supplier settlement arrangement. Get the proposed workflow and applicable fees confirmed before launch.

Accommodation and supplier arrangements

Room allocations, occupancy combinations, supplier contracts and live hotel availability are specialist requirements. Do not assume a tour reservation provides a complete accommodation or itinerary-management system.

Bring your existing booking and supplier tools to a demo. Identify what stays in those systems, what can connect and how your team keeps departure availability accurate.

Guest messages and itinerary changes

Use confirmations and reminders to communicate booking status, meeting details, required information and contact arrangements. Keep the published itinerary and any departure updates consistent.

TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within the options and deadlines configured for the product. Complex itinerary amendments, room changes or supplier commitments may need staff approval and separate handling.

Direct sales and reseller connections

Check supported reseller connections against your specific multi-day products. Confirm marketplace eligibility, booking cutoffs, cancellation terms, commissions and availability mapping.

Test a reservation and amendment across the intended channels before opening sales. A connection does not guarantee that every itinerary or package can be distributed.

Clear booking costs

TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.

For deposits, later balance payments and extras, confirm how the fee is calculated across the complete booking. Compare the full cost using your actual payment schedule.
