Night-tour bookings, from evening departure to check-in
TicketingHub helps night-tour operators sell tickets on their website, manage departure availability and bring supported reseller reservations into the same system. Guests can choose an available date, departure time and ticket option before paying.
Sell evening departures on your website
An embedded booking widget gives visitors a way to reserve a place while reading about your night walk, ghost tour or evening sightseeing experience. Tour descriptions can explain the start time, duration, meeting point and inclusions.

Seasonal timetables and group limits
Configure products, dates, departure times and ticket availability around the tours your team operates. A demonstration can include a weekend with several departures and a quieter evening with a different schedule.
Sunset-related departures, shared guides, overlapping tours and minimum group sizes need reviewing against your rules. A practical walkthrough shows the staff steps for adjusting the timetable and managing affected bookings.
Clear meeting details before departure
Booking confirmations and reminders can carry the start time, arrival instructions and practical details for the evening. A useful guest message distinguishes the meeting point from the first stop on the route.
Your team can review how staff find a reservation when someone arrives without the confirmation email, and which details appear on the departure’s guest list.
Guest changes and last-minute sales
Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled in your booking setup. A demo can show a guest moving to a different departure and the effect on available places.
TicketingHub’s point-of-sale tools support in-person ticket sales alongside website bookings. Your guides’ devices, payment methods and connectivity can be reviewed using a realistic sale at the meeting point.
Supported reseller reservations
TicketingHub offers supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide. A useful demonstration follows a reseller booking into your evening departure and checks the supported ticket types and availability rules.
