Pub-crawl bookings, from ticket sale to meeting point
TicketingHub helps pub-crawl operators sell tickets on their website, manage departure availability and bring supported reseller bookings into one system. Staff can find bookings and take in-person sales alongside advance reservations.
Sell tickets on your existing website
An embedded booking widget lets visitors choose a date, available departure and ticket option before paying. Your pub-crawl description can explain the meeting point, start time, inclusions and participation requirements before guests book.

Manage departures and group bookings
Configure products, dates, times and ticket availability for the crawls you sell. Public departures, private parties and special events can have different ticket options and booking processes.
A practical demo includes a group taking the last places and a booking moving to another evening. Shared guides, venue allocations, minimum group sizes and overlapping departures need checking against your operating rules.
Make the meeting point easy to find
Booking confirmations and reminders can carry arrival instructions, the start time and practical details for the evening. Your team can review how staff find a booking when a guest arrives without their confirmation.
A ticket purchase does not verify a participant’s age or replace venue admission checks. Your participation policy and the checks performed by staff remain part of your operation.
Website, walk-up and reseller sales together
TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside its website widget. Supported connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide, bring marketplace reservations into the booking operation. Your team can review how each connection supports your products and ticket types.

A useful staff walkthrough
Follow the same departure through a website booking, a reseller reservation and a sale at the meeting point. The demo can cover the staff device, payment method, guest list and ticket-checking process you need.
Connectivity, ticket scanning and staff access need confirming against your setup. That gives your guides a practical test of the workflow before a busy evening.
Clear pricing across booking channels
TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
At the standard rate, £10,000 of bookings across all channels produces a £300 TicketingHub platform fee, before processing and marketplace commissions. A fair comparison includes the same sales mix for each provider.

Guest changes and cancellations
Magic Link supports guest-managed booking changes where enabled. Your setup determines which actions are available. A demo can show a guest changing departure and the effect on the guest list and remaining places.
