Online booking software built around your tours
TicketingHub brings website bookings, in-person ticket sales and supported reseller reservations into one booking system. Set up your tours, dates, departure times and ticket options, then add a branded booking widget to your existing website.
The published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Payment processing is charged separately by your payment provider, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.

From choosing a departure to managing the booking
Sell tours on your own website
Visitors can choose an experience, available date and time, ticket type and payment method in your booking widget. The widget fits into your existing website, so your tour information and the route to booking stay together.

Manage tour dates, departures and availability
Configure products, departure times and ticket availability for the tours you sell. Website, back-office and supported reseller bookings can be managed together. Shared guides, vehicles and complex capacity rules are useful examples to walk through in a demo.
Connect direct bookings and reseller sales
TicketingHub connects with supported online travel agencies, including Viator and GetYourGuide. These connections bring marketplace reservations into the same booking operation as your direct sales. Availability rules and supported ticket types depend on the connection and your setup.

Give guests a way to manage changes
Booking confirmations and reminders help guests keep their visit details to hand. TicketingHub’s Magic Link lets guests manage supported booking changes themselves; the available actions depend on your booking setup.
Take in-person sales alongside online bookings
Point-of-sale tools support ticket sales at the desk or meeting point. Your payment and hardware requirements can be reviewed alongside website bookings, so the team can demonstrate the complete sales process.
