Cultural-tour reservations, from departure to arrival

TicketingHub helps cultural-tour operators sell tickets on their website, manage departure availability and bring supported reseller bookings into one system. Visitors can choose a tour, date, time and ticket option before paying.

A booking flow on your existing website

An embedded booking widget gives visitors a direct route from reading about your tour to reserving a place. Your tour description can explain the itinerary, meeting point, duration, language and what is included in the ticket.

Departure schedules and language options

Configure your tour products, dates, departure times and ticket availability. Where you offer tours in different languages, a demonstration can show how guests select the right experience and how your team distinguishes the bookings.

A useful test includes two departures running at the same time, each with its own group limit. Shared guides, combined products and language-specific allocations need checking against your actual timetable.

Public tours and private groups

A public departure sold by the seat can have a different booking process from a private group. Your team can walk through ticket options, party size, the information collected from the organiser and how a change appears on the guest list.

If a tour includes separately ticketed museums or monuments, those admission arrangements need reviewing alongside the booking. A tour reservation does not itself secure a third-party attraction’s availability.

Website, desk and reseller bookings together

TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside website bookings, plus supported connections to marketplaces including Viator and GetYourGuide. A practical walkthrough follows a website sale and a reseller reservation into the same departure.

Meeting instructions and guest changes

Booking confirmations and reminders can carry arrival details and practical visit information. Magic Link supports guest-managed booking changes where enabled; the available actions depend on your setup.

Your demo can show a guest moving to another departure, the effect on remaining places and the details your team sees when the guest arrives.

Clear pricing for cultural-tour bookings

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
