Running-tour bookings, from route choice to meeting point

TicketingHub helps running-tour operators sell tickets on their website, manage scheduled availability and keep reservations together. Guests can choose a route, available departure and ticket option before paying.

A booking journey alongside your route information

An embedded booking widget gives visitors a direct route from reading about the experience to reserving a place. Your description can explain the distance, expected pace, duration, meeting point and inclusions.

Departures, pace groups and capacity

Configure products, dates, times and ticket availability around the runs your team offers. A useful demonstration includes simultaneous departures and a group taking the final places.

Routes at different paces, language-specific departures and shared guides can introduce allocation rules beyond a ticket limit. These need a walkthrough using your actual timetable.

Private groups and custom runs

A private sightseeing run can need a different booking process from a public departure sold by the seat. Your base price, participant limits and organiser-information requirements provide practical test cases.

Deposits, provisional reservations and custom itinerary confirmation need checking against your setup.

Meeting instructions and guest changes

Booking confirmations and reminders can carry the start point, arrival time and practical details. Your team can review how staff find a reservation when a participant arrives without the confirmation.

Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled. A demo can show a participant moving departures and the effect on remaining places.

Website and supported reseller bookings

TicketingHub offers supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide, alongside its website widget. A useful test follows a reseller reservation into the same departure as a direct booking.

Participant information and waivers

Your walkthrough can cover which details are collected from the organiser and each participant. Where you use digital waivers, TicketingHub offers a Smartwaiver integration. It is a separate service; signing and staff-checking workflows need reviewing.
