Water sports sessions and guest reservations

Give guests a clear way to choose an activity, reserve an available session and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings for suitable lessons, guided trips and watersports experiences.

Lessons, tours and equipment hire

A lesson place, guided excursion and equipment rental have different pricing and availability rules. Explain what the guest is buying, the duration and what is included. Demonstrate each booking model before choosing a setup.

Session capacity and shared resources

Set the dates, start times and participant places you intend to sell. Participant capacity is different from instructor allocation, equipment quantities and turnaround time. Test shared-resource constraints where several activities use the same team or kit.

Participant details and eligibility

Publish relevant age, experience, accessibility and participation requirements as specified by your operation. Test the details collected for each person in a group. A reservation form does not assess ability or replace your team's suitability checks.

Digital waivers and arrival information

Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm its subscription, signing process and how staff check completion. Use confirmations and reminders for meeting points, arrival times, clothing guidance and contact details. Waivers do not replace safety procedures.

Weather changes and cancellations

Explain who decides whether an activity runs, how guests are contacted and what rescheduling or refund options apply. Ticketing software does not assess water or weather conditions. Test cancelling a session and handling each affected reservation.

Guest amendments

TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which group, lesson-level or activity changes need staff approval. Confirm that replacement availability matches the guest's requirements.

Rental and wider operational requirements

Security deposits, equipment inspections, damage records and late returns require separate assessment. Do not assume a session-booking checkout provides complete rental management or fleet maintenance.

Distribution and reporting

Check supported reseller connections, product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. Use booking reports to review session demand. A connection does not guarantee additional sales, and ticket counts do not automatically track equipment readiness.

Questions about water sports booking software

Can one booking include several participants? Demonstrate your group sizes and required details. Does it manage instructors and kit? Test the resource model separately. Can guests reschedule after a cancellation? Agree your policy and demonstrate the available change options.

Preparing to launch

Agree import requirements for future reservations. Test checkout, participant information, arrival messages, waiver completion and a cancellation before opening sales.

Clear booking costs

TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
