Zipline bookings, from session choice to arrival

TicketingHub helps zipline operators sell scheduled experiences on their website, manage ticket availability and keep reservations together. Guests can choose an available date, time and ticket option before paying.

A booking flow on your existing website

An embedded booking widget gives visitors a route from reading about the experience to reserving a place. Your description can explain the meeting point, session duration, inclusions and participation requirements.

Session capacity and group reservations

Configure products, dates, times and ticket availability around the sessions you sell. A useful demonstration includes a group taking the final places and a staff member reviewing remaining availability.

Shared guides, equipment, course sections and overlapping sessions can introduce extra allocation rules. Those need testing against your timetable; a ticket limit alone does not establish every resource workflow.

Participant details and digital waivers

A group booking may need information from each participant rather than only the organiser. Your demo can show which details are collected and where staff find them before arrival.

TicketingHub offers a Smartwaiver integration for digital waivers. It is a separate service; participant signing, outstanding records, guardian workflows and service costs need reviewing against your process.

Guest communication and changes

Booking confirmations and reminders can carry arrival details and practical session information. Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled, with available actions depending on your setup.

A useful walkthrough follows a session your team reschedules, including the reservation changes and guest communication required by your policy.

Ticketing alongside course operations

The features described here cover bookings and ticket sales. Equipment inspections, staff qualifications, incident records and operating decisions need specialist procedures or systems. A digital waiver does not replace those functions.

Website, desk and reseller sales

TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside website bookings and supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide. A demo can trace an online booking, reseller reservation and walk-up sale into the same session.

Clear pricing for zipline bookings

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Payment-provider charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
