Motorcycle tour departure reservations
Help riders choose a tour, reserve an available departure and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings for scheduled motorcycle experiences and suitable private trips.

Routes, dates and inclusions
Show the start and end dates, duration, meeting point and ticket inclusions. Explain whether the price includes a motorcycle, equipment, accommodation, meals or support transport. A tour reservation does not automatically secure supplier allocations.
Guided tours and motorcycle rentals
A place on a guided departure and a motorcycle hired for a duration have different booking rules. Demonstrate whether prices apply per rider, passenger, motorcycle or private group. Confirm shared-resource requirements where several products use the same fleet or guides.
Rider details and participation requirements
Publish relevant licence, experience, age and other participation requirements as specified by your operation. Collect necessary details and test staff review. Booking answers do not replace licence checks, suitability assessment or operational decisions.
Rental deposits and fleet requirements
If vehicles are supplied, test security deposits, authorisations, damage records, late returns and refunds. Do not assume a tour checkout provides complete rental management. Maintenance and vehicle-readiness checks need separate processes or specialist tools.
Arrival messages and waivers
Use confirmations and reminders for the meeting point, arrival time, equipment guidance and contact details. Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm subscription costs and signing workflow. Waivers do not replace your operating procedures.
Guest changes and cancelled trips
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible amendments within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which rider, vehicle or itinerary changes need staff approval. Publish cancellation rules and test contacting guests when a departure changes.
Distribution and preparation
Confirm supported reseller connections, product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. Agree future-booking import requirements, then test checkout, rider details, confirmations and an amendment before opening sales.
Questions about motorcycle tour booking software
Can riders use their own bikes? Demonstrate the required ticket options and eligibility rules. Does a booking allocate a particular motorcycle? Test that resource requirement explicitly. Does it manage fleet maintenance? Assess specialist tools separately.
TicketingHub booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
