Hop-on hop-off ticket sales, online and on board

TicketingHub helps bus-tour operators sell tickets on their website, take in-person sales and bring supported reseller bookings into one system. A useful setup starts with your ticket types, validity rules, boarding process and sales channels.

Sell the right ticket on your website

An embedded booking widget lets visitors choose an available product and complete payment on your website. Your ticket description can explain the route, starting point, inclusions and whether the ticket is for a dated departure or a period of travel.

Ticket validity and boarding rules

A timed departure, an all-day pass and a ticket valid for a set period after first use have different rules. A practical demo follows the same ticket through its first boarding, another stop and its expiry.

Repeated scans, re-entry, activation on first use and cross-route validity need testing against your products. A ticket purchase alone does not establish how every boarding rule will work.

Online, street and onboard sales

TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside its website widget. A demonstration can cover your staff device, payment method, printed ticket and the information needed when a guest boards.

Connectivity and offline behaviour need checking using your actual hardware and payment setup. Your team can review how sales and checks appear when devices reconnect.

Customer example: City Tours Belfast

City Tours Belfast uses TicketingHub for website bookings and point-of-sale sales on the street and on board. Its customer story describes staff PIN access, branded printed tickets and cash-versus-card reporting.

That story illustrates a ticket-selling workflow; your hop-on hop-off validity and repeated-boarding rules still need their own demonstration.

Reseller bookings and capacity

TicketingHub offers supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide. A walkthrough can trace a reseller booking into the system and check the supported ticket options.

Seats on a fixed departure and passengers boarding at intermediate stops introduce different capacity questions. Route segments, vehicle allocation and live occupancy need reviewing against your operating model.

Clear pricing across sales channels

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
