Extreme adventure reservations on your website
Help guests choose an experience, reserve an available departure and pay online. TicketingHub supports bookings for scheduled adventure tours and suitable private experiences.

Departure times and participant places
Show each experience’s duration, location, inclusions and arrival time before checkout. Set availability around the participant places you intend to sell. Test shared capacity when several products use one allocation.
Participant requirements before booking
Publish relevant age, experience, accessibility and other participation requirements as specified by your operation. Collect the details needed for each participant and confirm how staff review them. Booking answers do not replace suitability checks, instruction or operating decisions.
Guides and equipment allocations
Ticket capacity is different from guide availability, equipment quantities and turnaround time. Demonstrate shared-resource constraints across departures. Equipment maintenance, inspections and operational readiness require separate processes or specialist tools.
Digital waivers and arrival instructions
Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm subscription costs, group signing and how staff identify outstanding forms. Use confirmations and reminders for meeting points, clothing guidance and contact details. Waivers do not replace safety procedures.
Guest changes and cancelled departures
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which cancellations, reschedules or group amendments need staff approval. Publish the policy for weather or operational cancellations and test contacting affected guests.
Direct bookings and reseller channels
Check supported connections against your actual products. Confirm marketplace eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. Test purchases and amendments before opening another channel. Distribution does not guarantee an 80% increase in bookings.
Reporting and operational checks
Review bookings by product and departure to understand demand. Sales reports, website acquisition and physical attendance answer different questions. A booking dashboard does not replace the records and checks your activity requires.
Questions about adventure booking software
Can private and shared departures use the same resources? Demonstrate both booking models and allocations. Does software decide whether an activity can run? No: keep those decisions with your operation. Does a reservation allocate all equipment? Test the exact resource requirements.
Preparing to switch
Agree future-booking import fields and a cutover plan. Test participant details, checkout, waiver handling, confirmations and an amendment before opening availability.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
