Balloon-ride reservations, from departure choice to arrival

TicketingHub helps balloon-ride operators sell scheduled experiences on their website, manage ticket availability and keep reservations together. Guests can choose an available date, departure time and ticket option before paying.

A booking flow on your existing website

An embedded booking widget gives visitors a way to reserve while reading about the experience. Your description can explain the meeting arrangements, expected duration, inclusions and participation requirements.

Departure availability and passenger limits

Configure products, dates, times and ticket availability around the departures you sell. A useful demonstration includes a party taking the final places and a staff member reviewing the remaining reservations.

Allocating a specific balloon, basket, pilot or vehicle can involve rules beyond a ticket limit. Passenger information and any weight-based allocation requirements need checking against your operating process.

Weather-related changes and rebooking

A practical walkthrough follows a departure your team reschedules: finding affected reservations, changing bookings and communicating new arrangements under your policy.

TicketingHub supports booking confirmations and reminders. Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled, with available actions depending on your setup.

Flight and weather decisions remain with your operating team. The booking workflow can be assessed around the changes that follow those decisions.

Private groups and gift bookings

A private flight can need different pricing and availability rules from individual passenger places. A useful demo includes a whole-group booking and a change in party size.

Gift-voucher validity, redemption, supplements, deposits and provisional reservations need testing against your products and terms.

Participant records and guest information

Your demo can show which details are collected from the organiser and each participant, where staff find them and how changes are handled. Booking confirmations can carry meeting instructions and practical arrival details.

Where digital waivers form part of your process, TicketingHub offers a Smartwaiver integration. It is a separate service; signing workflows, staff checks and service costs need reviewing.

Supported reseller channels

TicketingHub offers supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide. A demonstration can trace a reseller reservation into the same booking operation as a direct sale and check supported ticket rules.
