Bike tour departures and rider reservations
Help guests choose a cycling experience, reserve available places and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings for suitable guided departures and private tours.

Routes, times and inclusions
Describe the route, duration, meeting point and intended experience level before checkout. Explain whether the price includes a bike, helmet, transport or attraction entry. Keep separately charged extras clear.
Guided tours and bicycle rentals
A rider place on a guided tour and a bike hired for a duration have different booking rules. Demonstrate each model using your actual pricing and return arrangements. Do not assume a tour checkout provides complete rental management.
Rider details and bike allocation
Publish relevant age, height, experience and participation requirements specified by your operation. Collect necessary details and confirm staff review. Participant capacity is different from allocating the correct bike size, guide and turnaround time; demonstrate shared-resource constraints.
Waivers and arrival instructions
Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm subscription costs, signing requirements and how staff check completion. Use confirmations and reminders for meeting points, arrival times, clothing guidance and contact details. Forms do not replace safety procedures.
Guest changes and weather policies
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible amendments within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which rider, equipment or group changes need approval. Publish cancellation rules and test contacting guests when conditions prevent a departure.
Rental and fleet requirements
Security deposits, damage records, late returns, charging and maintenance require separate assessment. A booking dashboard does not automatically manage every fleet task or assess whether a route is suitable.
Direct sales and reseller channels
Check supported connections against your products. Confirm marketplace eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. A connection does not guarantee growth. Review bookings by departure or product to understand demand.
Questions about bike tour booking software
Can private and shared tours use the same bikes? Demonstrate allocation rules. Can riders request sizes? Test the details and staff process. Does booking manage maintenance? Assess specialist fleet tools separately.
Preparing to switch bookings
Agree future-reservation import fields and a cutover plan. Test checkout, rider details, waiver handling, confirmations and an amendment before opening sales.
TicketingHub booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
