Snow tubing sessions and visitor reservations
Give guests a clear way to choose a session, reserve available places and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings and ticket sales for suitable snow tubing experiences.
Session times and ticket validity
Show the date, start time, duration and ticket inclusions before checkout. Explain whether admission covers one session, a broader visit or a separately reserved experience. Keep equipment and access inclusions clear.
Participant places and equipment
Set availability around the places you intend to sell. Ticket capacity is different from tube allocation, staffing and session turnaround. Demonstrate shared-resource constraints where several products use the same team or equipment.
Visitor requirements before booking
Publish accurate age, height, supervision and accessibility information specified by your operation. Collect necessary participant details and confirm staff review. A reservation does not replace your suitability checks, briefing or operating procedures.
Groups and arrival instructions
Clarify group sizes and any approval or payment arrangements. Use confirmations and reminders for the entrance, arrival time, clothing guidance and contact details. Explain when groups need to arrive together.
Weather closures and cancelled sessions
Publish the policy for snow, weather or operational conditions that prevent a session running. Explain who contacts guests and what rescheduling or refund options apply. Booking software does not assess conditions or decide whether a slope can open.
Guest amendments and waivers
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which group requests need staff approval. Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm subscription costs, signing and staff checks.
Entrance sales and park operations
Test finding reservations, checking validity and selling walk-in tickets where suitable. Confirm hardware and connectivity. Equipment inspections, snowmaking, lift operations and maintenance require separate processes or specialist systems.
Questions about snow tubing bookings
Can family and group tickets share capacity? Demonstrate the required allocations. Does a ticket allocate a tube? Test that exact requirement. Can guests move a weather-affected booking? Agree the policy and demonstrate the available change options.
Preparing for the season
Agree future-booking import requirements and test checkout, participant details, waiver handling, guest messages and a cancellation before opening sales.
TicketingHub booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
