Attraction bookings, from ticket choice to arrival
Give visitors a clear way to choose a ticket, select an available visit and pay on your website. TicketingHub brings online reservations, in-person ticket sales and supported reseller connections into one booking workflow.
Timed entry and ticket validity

Define what each ticket includes and when it can be used. Distinguish timed admission, a day ticket and a separately booked experience so visitors understand which option to buy.
Session availability limits the tickets offered for a visit. It does not automatically measure occupancy across a whole attraction. Test shared capacity where several products use the same allocation, and confirm any separate access-control requirements.
Families, groups and special events
Make adult, child and group eligibility clear before checkout. Demonstrate how participant quantities count towards availability and how staff handle a group amendment.
For school visits, private events or purchases that need approval, agree the enquiry, invoice and payment process. Do not assume standard online checkout covers every group-sales arrangement.
Online and on-site ticket sales
Use a booking widget for advance sales and in-person tools for walk-ins where suitable. Test finding an existing reservation, checking ticket validity and selling the correct admission during a busy arrival period.
Confirm supported hardware, connectivity and how availability updates. Gift-shop stock, memberships and turnstile control are distinct requirements that need their own demonstration.
Reseller connections and direct bookings
Supported reseller connections can distribute bookable experiences alongside your direct website sales. Check the exact marketplace, product mapping, commissions and availability rules before connecting a channel.
A connection makes distribution possible; it does not guarantee a particular increase in bookings. Use your own sales reports to assess results.

Visitor messages and booking changes
Use confirmations and reminders to explain arrival times, entrance details, accessibility and ticket conditions. TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within the options and deadlines configured for each product.
Agree which cancellations, reschedules and voucher changes visitors can make themselves. Test exceptions that need staff approval.
Reports and booking costs
Review ticket sales by product and visit time to understand demand. Website analytics and Search Console explain acquisition; they do not replace admissions or attendance records.
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
