Aerial course sessions and visitor reservations

Help guests choose an aerial experience, reserve an available session and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings for suitable course sessions and private-group experiences.

Course options and session times

Describe the course, duration, ticket inclusions and arrival time. Explain whether a booking covers one course, a particular time slot or broader park admission. Make separately reserved activities clear before checkout.

Participant limits and shared resources

Set ticket availability around the places you intend to sell. Participant capacity is different from instructor allocation, harness quantities and course turnaround. Demonstrate shared constraints when several products use the same team, equipment or course.

Participation and supervision requirements

Publish relevant age, height, experience, accessibility and supervision requirements specified by your operation. Collect necessary participant details and confirm staff review. Booking answers do not replace suitability assessments or operational decisions.

Digital waivers and group arrivals

Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm subscription costs, guardian or group-signing requirements and how staff check completion. Use confirmations and reminders for meeting points, arrival times, clothing guidance and contact details.

Weather changes and guest amendments

TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which group or course changes need staff approval. Publish the policy for weather closures and test contacting affected guests. Software does not assess operating conditions.

Course inspections and wider park operations

Equipment inspections, maintenance, staff qualifications and incident records require specialist processes or tools. Waivers and ticket confirmations do not replace safety procedures. A reservation dashboard does not establish that all park operations are managed within it.

Online, entrance and reseller sales

Test advance reservations and in-person sales where suitable. Confirm hardware, connectivity, product eligibility and availability mapping for each reseller. A channel connection does not guarantee an 80% increase in bookings.

Questions about aerial adventure bookings

Can several courses share an allocation? Demonstrate the actual constraints. Can groups change participant numbers? Test group sizes and approval rules. Does ticketing track inspections? Assess that specialist requirement separately.

Preparing to switch

Agree future-booking import fields and a cutover plan. Test checkout, participant information, waiver completion, staff access and a cancellation before opening sales.

Clear booking costs

TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
