Affiliate Future
TicketingHub integrates with Affiliate Future, the World's Leading Affiliate Network to help increase your sales.
Turn travel content into bookings with Affiliate Future
Most of the integrations on this page are OTAs — marketplaces where travellers browse and book. Affiliate Future is different: it's an affiliate network. Instead of listing your tours on one storefront, it lets thousands of independent publishers — travel bloggers, influencers, deal sites — promote your zoo, museum, sightseeing tour or activity on their own channels and earn a commission when their readers book. For an operator, that's a performance-based marketing team you never have to hire.
What is Affiliate Future?
Affiliate Future provides advertisers with a marketing solution through its affiliate network and tools, delivering millions of transactions per month to advertisers and publishers. Its network is made up of over 300,000 affiliates across more than 190 countries — from niche travel bloggers to large comparison and voucher sites.
Publishers sign up for free, join advertisers' programmes, and get a unique tracking link for each one. The network provides both sides with reporting, link management, deep-link and voucher tools, and processes all commission payments — so neither you nor the publisher has to invoice each other. Most advertisers are supported by a dedicated account manager at Affiliate Future.
The network has also built a stack of proprietary tools for its publishers — Affiliate Site Builder, Commission Manager PRO, Publisher Portal Pro with a personalised My Deals widget, a deep-link generator, voucher manager and reporting APIs among them. For you as the advertiser, that matters because well-equipped publishers promote more and track more accurately, with flexible reporting available around the clock on any device.
How it works with TicketingHub
Because this is affiliate marketing rather than a channel-manager OTA, the mechanics are different — and simpler. Your booking widget stays on your own website; Affiliate Future's job is to send tracked visitors to it.
- A publisher shares your tracking link — in a blog post, a social feed, a newsletter or a deals page.
- The visitor lands on your site — and books through your normal TicketingHub booking widget, at your prices, on your terms.
- The sale is tracked — a small code snippet on your site lets TicketingHub and Affiliate Future attribute the booking to the right publisher, who is then paid their commission through the network.
You keep the customer relationship, the payment flow and the booking data; the network keeps the tracking and payouts honest. Both you and the publisher can view reports, manage links and monitor performance in the Affiliate Future interface.
What this looks like in practice
Attractions with year-round appeal
Zoos, museums and sightseeing attractions are natural affiliate products: evergreen content ranks for years, and "things to do in…" articles keep sending visitors long after they're published. A single well-placed review on a family-travel blog can quietly become one of your steadiest booking sources.
Working with influencers without ad budgets
Travel influencers and bloggers who post about their adventures can join your programme for free and earn per referral. You pay only when a booking actually happens — a very different risk profile from paying up front for sponsored posts and hoping.
Voucher and deal campaigns
Affiliate Future's tools include voucher management and personalised deals that can target segments by location or demographics. Operators use these for tactical pushes — a midweek offer, a shoulder-season discount — distributed instantly across every publisher promoting them.
Setting it up
Connecting is straightforward. First register as an advertiser with Affiliate Future. Then ask your developer to add a small code snippet to your website so that TicketingHub and Affiliate Future can track referred bookings through your booking widget. Once tracking is verified, publishers can join your programme and start sending traffic. If you're unsure where to start, the TicketingHub team can put you in touch with Affiliate Future's partnerships team and help you check the tracking end to end.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from listing on an OTA?
On an OTA, the guest books on the OTA's site and the booking syncs to you. With Affiliate Future, the guest books directly on your website — publishers just deliver the visitor. You keep the direct customer relationship and pay commission only on tracked referrals.
Who pays the publishers?
All commission payments are processed through Affiliate Future. You settle with the network; the network pays every publisher. No per-blogger invoicing.
What commission should I offer?
That's your commercial decision, set within your Affiliate Future programme. Your account manager there can advise on what attracts publishers in the travel vertical.
Do I need technical resources?
Only briefly — adding the tracking snippet to your website is a small, one-off job for whoever manages your site. Everything after that runs through the Affiliate Future dashboard and your normal TicketingHub booking flow.
Can I see which bookings came from affiliates?
Yes — clicks and sales are tracked through your Affiliate Future account, where both you and each publisher can view reports, manage links and reconcile performance.
Does affiliate tracking change my booking widget?
No. Guests referred by publishers book through the exact same TicketingHub widget as everyone else — same availability, same checkout, same confirmation emails. The tracking snippet works alongside the widget, quietly attributing the sale; nothing about the guest experience or your booking flow changes.
