Historical and heritage tour reservations
Help guests choose a guided historical experience, reserve a departure and receive clear meeting instructions. TicketingHub supports website bookings and payments for bookable heritage tours.
Routes, departures and guiding languages

Describe the sites visited, expected duration, guiding language and what the ticket includes. Explain whether attraction admission or transport is included or paid separately.
Set the dates and times you intend to sell. Test shared availability when several routes or language options rely on the same guides or transport.
Tour places and site admission are different
A place on a guided tour does not automatically reserve entry to every building or heritage site on its route. Confirm supplier allocations, opening hours and any separately timed admissions.
Keep the itinerary and booking confirmation consistent. Explain any route changes or access restrictions guests need to know before purchasing.
School groups and private tours
Make participant categories, group limits, meeting locations and accessibility information clear. Decide which private or educational visits can book instantly and which need a quote or staff approval.
Test purchase orders, deposits, invoices and payment deadlines against your actual group-sales process. A standard checkout may not cover every arrangement.
Guest messages and amendments
Use confirmations and reminders for the meeting point, arrival time, guiding language and contact details. Tell guests how to find the guide and what happens if they arrive late.
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within the options and deadlines configured for each product. Decide which route, language or group changes require staff approval.
Sales channels and departure reporting
Supported reseller connections can distribute bookable departures alongside direct website sales. Confirm product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping for each channel.
Use booking reports to review demand by departure or product. A connection does not guarantee growth, and ticket availability does not by itself provide a complete guide-rota or transport-management system.
