Tower admission, from ticket choice to arrival
Give visitors a clear way to choose admission, reserve an available visit and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports online reservations and in-person ticket sales for bookable tower visits and guided experiences.
Timed admission and ticket validity

Define the dates, entry times and ticket inclusions you sell. Distinguish general admission, a guided climb and a special event so guests know what each option covers.
Session availability limits the tickets offered for a visit. It does not automatically measure occupancy across floors or manage lift movements. Test shared capacity where several products use the same allocation.
Groups and guided visits
Make adult, child and group eligibility clear before checkout. Explain guided-departure times, meeting points and any separate admission requirements.
For schools and private visits, agree group limits, accompanying adults, accessibility needs and payment arrangements. Test whether these bookings should be confirmed instantly or reviewed by staff.
Entrance sales and ticket checks
Combine advance website reservations with in-person ticket sales where suitable. Test finding an existing booking, checking its validity and adding a walk-in visitor during a busy arrival period.
Confirm supported hardware, connectivity and any separate turnstile, lift or access-control integration. Ticket sales do not replace the building’s entry and occupancy procedures.
Arrival information and guest changes
Use confirmations and reminders to explain the entrance, arrival time, ticket conditions and contact details. Publish accurate information about stairs, lifts and access limitations so guests can plan.
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can offer eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which cancellations, reschedules and voucher changes guests can handle themselves.
Distribution and reporting
Check supported reseller connections against your actual admission products. Confirm marketplace eligibility, commissions, ticket validity and availability mapping.
No ticketing platform guarantees visibility to every potential buyer. Review sales by product and visit time, and assess website acquisition separately from attendance.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
