Compare TourCMS and TicketingHub using real booking figures

Subscription and percentage pricing can favour different operations. Compare the complete season, direct and reseller sales, booking counts and required workflows before deciding.

TourCMS pricing checked 18 October 2026

The TourCMS USD pricing page lists Small at $49 monthly for 30 bookings, Standard at $159 for 1,000, Pro at $329 for 2,000, and Enterprise at $569 for unlimited bookings. It lists annual prices of $490, $1,590, $3,290 and $5,690 respectively, plus no setup fee.

Connected distribution and plan terms

That page lists a transaction fee starting at 1.9% for bookings from connected partners using its API distribution platform. Confirm your applicable rate, booking-count definition, users, channels, payment processing and contract terms. Other regional pages can show different currencies or details; use a quote for the exact plan.

A same-currency cost example

For 200 direct bookings averaging $50, the booking value is $10,000. The listed Standard subscription is $159, while TicketingHub’s 3% is $300 before separate charges. On this subscription-only direct-sales example, TourCMS costs less. Distribution, processing, extras and negotiated terms can change the full comparison.

Model the whole season

Calculate costs for quiet and busy months and check when booking counts require a different plan. A lower fixed subscription can suit steady sales; a percentage model varies with fee-bearing booking value. Neither structure establishes the cheapest option for every business.

Booking workflows and channel connections

TourCMS describes a reservation and distribution platform. Test your actual products in both proposed systems: dates, passenger or participant types, shared capacity, payments, reseller mapping and amendments. Avoid treating anecdotal review comments as proof of current product limitations.

Guest changes and migration requirements

TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. For migration, list products, future bookings, customer fields, vouchers, payment history and channel connections. Agree exports, supported imports, responsibilities and a cutover plan.

Questions about TourCMS alternatives

Is TicketingHub always cheaper? No: the direct-sales example above favours the listed subscription. Does a review establish a revenue minimum? Confirm eligibility directly in your quote. Can we switch in minutes? Timing depends on your data, products and connections.
