Event tickets and reservations on your website
Give guests a clear route from choosing an event to reserving a place and paying. TicketingHub supports bookings for ticketed experiences, special events and bookable sessions, with online and in-person sales workflows.
Define the event, ticket and session

Make the event date, venue, start time and ticket inclusions clear before checkout. Distinguish general admission, a day pass and a separately booked session so guests know what they are buying.
Set availability around the places you can sell. Test shared capacity when several ticket options or sessions draw from one allocation. A booking limit does not automatically measure occupancy throughout a venue.
Group purchases and attendee details
Business and family purchases may involve one buyer and several participants. Demonstrate the details required for each person, group sizes and how staff handle amendments.
If you need purchase orders, invoices, deposits or approval before confirmation, test that exact process. Do not assume a standard checkout covers every group-sales arrangement.
Confirmations and guest changes
Use confirmations and reminders to explain arrival instructions, ticket validity, accessibility information and your contact details. TicketingHub’s Magic Link can offer eligible changes within the options and deadlines configured for each product.
Decide which cancellations, reschedules or voucher changes guests can make themselves. Test exceptions and refund handling before sales open.
Online sales and arrival-day workflows
Use a website booking widget for advance reservations and in-person ticket sales where suitable. Test finding an existing reservation, checking its validity and selling the correct walk-in ticket during a busy arrival period.
Confirm hardware, connectivity and any badge-printing or access-control requirements separately. Ticket sales are one part of the venue’s arrival process.
Ticketing and wider event management
Streaming, speaker scheduling, exhibitor management, venue hire and production planning are separate requirements. If your event is virtual or hybrid, confirm the hosting platform and how guests receive access alongside the ticket purchase.
A ticketing platform does not automatically provide a complete virtual venue or event-production system. Bring those requirements to a demo and identify any additional tools.
Distribution and booking reports
Check supported reseller connections against your specific event. Marketplace eligibility, commissions and availability mapping differ; a connection does not guarantee a particular increase in sales.
Use booking reports to follow demand by event and ticket type. Website analytics and Search Console explain acquisition, while attendance and operational reporting need their own checks.
Clear event booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
