Klook Integration
Bookings made through Klook OTA can now be synced with your live inventory on TicketingHub the world's leading ticketing software, as well as several other popular OTAs.
What is Klook?
Klook is an online travel agent (OTA) with the motto 'keep looking'. It offers travelers an enormous assortment of things to do around the world — from skip-the-queue tickets at Disneyland in Hong Kong to underwater shipwreck diving adventures in Indonesia. Leading travel brands such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, and wildlife reserves trust Klook to grow their businesses.
Klook is one of the world's leading travel activity and service booking platforms, with more than 100,000 activities across 400 destinations worldwide. Its position is strongest in Eastern Asia, but it also covers Europe's top tourist attractions. With more than 500 employees from diverse cultural backgrounds, Klook's local teams truly understand the Asian market — which makes the platform an unmatched route to travelers from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
Why Klook matters for tour and attraction operators
Independent travelers (the fast-growing FIT segment) from Asia overwhelmingly research and book experiences on platforms in their own language, often on mobile, and often while already in destination. If your attraction, tour, or activity isn't bookable there, you're invisible to a large and growing pool of demand. Listing on Klook fixes the visibility problem; connecting Klook to your booking system fixes the operational one.
There's a second, quieter benefit: marketplaces reward well-run listings. Products that confirm instantly, never oversell, and keep availability accurate tend to earn better placement and better reviews — and those are exactly the behaviours a live channel-manager connection produces by default. In other words, connecting properly doesn't just prevent problems; it makes your listing more competitive on the platform itself.
Sell on Klook without double bookings
TicketingHub's channel manager links your live inventory to Klook. Availability is shared in real time, so Klook always sells from the same pool of spaces as your website and your front desk. When a Klook customer books, the order flows straight into your TicketingHub dashboard and onto the same manifest as your direct bookings — no manual entry, no overbookings, no juggling extranets.
Join Klook for a simple per-booking integration fee on the TicketingHub side; the commission you pay Klook is agreed directly between you and them. Combined with TicketingHub's booking widget on your own website, travelers get instant ticketing, multiple languages, and a wide choice of payment options — and you get one place to manage it all.
Three ways operators put Klook to work
High-volume attraction ticketing
Theme parks, observation decks, museums, and zoos use Klook to sell timed-entry and open-dated tickets at serious volume. Because availability is live, you can safely open large allocations without fearing an oversell on a busy Saturday.
Winning Asian FIT travelers
A traveler in Taipei or Seoul planning a European city break will very likely compare experiences on Klook first. A well-merchandised Klook listing, synced to your real availability, captures that booking weeks before they arrive.
Mobile, last-minute, in-destination sales
Klook's app is built for spontaneous bookings — tonight's show, tomorrow's day trip. Live sync means those late bookings are genuinely available, confirmed instantly, and already on your morning manifest.
Getting connected
You'll need a supplier relationship with Klook, and a TicketingHub account. From there, the standard channel setup applies: add a wholesale rate to the relevant products, create a Klook reseller record and assign the rate, then create a Klook channel, add its products, and generate credentials to share. Our team or your account manager can enable and verify the channel with you — the usual check is a test booking on Klook that appears as a pending order in TicketingHub with Klook named as the reseller.
Common questions about the Klook integration
Will my availability on Klook always match my website?
Yes. Both channels draw on one live inventory. Close a departure in TicketingHub and it closes on Klook; sell out online and Klook stops selling too.
How do Klook bookings reach my staff?
They appear in the same dashboard and on the same manifests as every other booking, labelled as Klook sales, so guides and gate staff need no extra tools or logins.
What does Klook charge in commission?
That's set in your agreement with Klook — terms vary by operator and market, so we never quote them. TicketingHub's own charge for the channel is a simple per-booking integration fee.
Is Klook only useful for businesses in Asia?
No. Klook's customers are largely Asian travelers, but they book experiences worldwide — European attractions and tours in particular benefit from Klook's coverage of 'The Old Continent'.
Do I need to speak Chinese or Korean to sell on Klook?
No. Klook localizes the storefront for its customers. You manage your product in TicketingHub as usual, and Klook presents it to travelers in their own language.
How quickly are Klook bookings confirmed?
Because Klook sells from your live availability, bookings can be confirmed instantly rather than sitting in a request queue — which travelers strongly prefer and marketplaces increasingly expect.
Can I still sell direct while listed on Klook?
Absolutely — that's the point of a channel manager. Your website widget, front desk, resellers, and Klook all sell side by side from the same pool, and you see everything in one place.
